Refund Policy

Treasure Socks will accept returns within 15 days of the customer receiving the product. All items being returned must be in unused condition with the tags still applied to them. Any item being returned without tags will not be refunded.

The buyer will incur all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to Treasure Socks. Once the item is returned, the buyer will not be refunded for any original shipping costs. When returning an item please include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number and any reason for the return / exchange
